Who we are

CDC Training Solutions is a B2B company focused on improving performance, standardization, and operational safety maturity through competency- and evidence-based training and assessment. We deliver pragmatic solutions with applicable governance, objective instruments, and traceable evidence to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

What we solve

Many organizations deliver training but cannot measure competency consistently, compare results across evaluators and cohorts, or turn records into useful evidence for management. This creates variability in standards, rework, and low predictability. CDC helps reduce variability and structures evidence and indicators in a contractable and verifiable way.

How we deliver

We operate with packaged offerings and acceptance criteria, combining method, evidence, and—when applicable—technology. The simulation medium is not a barrier: CDC can operate with (1) VR/AR, (2) the customer’s own simulator, or (3) third-party rental. The choice is driven by objectives, total cost, availability, and customer requirements.

Differentiators

1. Traceable evidence, not just “training delivered”
What it is: clear assessment instruments (rubrics), version control, and an Evidence Package as a standard deliverable.
What changes for the customer: comparable results across cohorts and evaluators, with sufficient records for governance and improvement.

2. Assessment consistency (reduced subjectivity)
What it is: instructor/examiner calibration and shared observation and debrief criteria.
What changes for the customer: less variability among evaluators, fewer disputes, and higher result reliability.

3. Governance and predictable execution
What it is: packaged offerings, modular SOW, acceptance criteria, and change control.
What changes for the customer: bounded scope, fewer “endless projects”, more predictable timelines, and clear accountability.

4. Simulation flexibility without CAPEX
What it is: delivery via VR/AR, the customer’s simulator, or rental—according to objectives and availability.
What changes for the customer: less dependency on scheduling and investment, while keeping the focus on method and outcomes.

5. Phased implementation with short time-to-value
What it is: entry through a diagnostic/workshop and a short paid pilot before scaling to implementation and sustainment.
What changes for the customer: risk reduction, fast validation, and evidence-based decisions.

6. Method-to-metrics integration (when applicable)
What it is: an option to consolidate evidence and KPIs into pragmatic dashboards and analytics, by phases.
What changes for the customer: simpler governance and data-informed decisions, without forcing a “big bang” digital transformation.

How we start a project

We typically start with a structured diagnostic or workshop, followed by a short paid pilot with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria. Based on results, we evolve to modular implementation and—when applicable—ongoing support with metrics and analytics.

Who it's for

Organizations that need to increase standards consistency, produce competency evidence, and improve training governance—with focus on outcomes and predictability. ICP scope and specific use cases will be refined as the Business Plan advances.

Our three lines of business

Training

Programs and pathways with objective instruments (rubrics), structured debriefing, and comparable evidence.

Consulting

Diagnosis, implementation, and governance to make training and assessment a manageable system—with processes and indicators.

Inno-Tech

Consolidation of evidence and indicators into pragmatic dashboards and analytics, phased according to maturity and available data.
